Orders and pricing

Placing an order does not guarantee we will accept it. We may cancel an order before we fulfil it if the price was listed by mistake, the products have gone out of stock, or we cannot verify your order details. If you have already paid, we will refund you as described in our refund policy.
Once we confirm your order, you enter into a binding purchase contract with us under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
Payment
We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking, or WhatsApp-arranged payment. Payments go through third-party gateways. We do not store full card details on our own systems.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Exotic Basket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that you may suffer from using this store. For any single order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If you continue using the store after that, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at our place of business.
